Our Programs

Women's Resilience and Livelihood Empowerment

Our program supports women facing economic and social barriers, providing safe spaces, vocational training, and access to legal guidance. Women gain the tools to rebuild their lives, achieve independence, and advocate for their rights.

Youth Pathways to Wellness

Restoring hope for young people in crisis through counseling, mentorship, and skills development. The program helps youth build resilience, access education and work opportunities, and step into leadership roles within their communities.

The Arc Access

Every young person deserves the chance to learn, grow, and shape their future. The Arc Access supports out-of-school children, displaced youth, and those needing catch-up education by providing alternative learning pathways, digital access, and community-based support. Together, we turn barriers into opportunities and ensure no learner is left behind.

Mission Equality

Empowering women and girls to reclaim their voices, challenge harmful stereotypes, and lead social change — fostering safer, more equitable, and inclusive communities. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, the campaign builds a network of leaders driving lasting transformation.

TechRise

She-TechRise equips women and girls with digital skills, mentorship, and career pathways that open doors to economic independence. Through training partnerships, tuition support, and internships, participants gain the tools to thrive in the digital economy and transform their futures.
