Women's Resilience and Livelihood Empowerment

Many women in vulnerable situations face barriers that go beyond poverty. They are more likely to experience gender-based violence, lack access to legal protection, and are often excluded from economic opportunities. Without support, these challenges can trap women in cycles of dependence and silence.

Our Women's Resilience and Livelihood Empowerment Program provides both immediate protection and long-term empowerment. We create safe spaces where women can access counseling and legal aid, and we support survivors of gender-based violence to rebuild their lives. Through referrals to trusted legal partners and awareness programs, women gain access to protection, justice, and the knowledge to advocate for their rights.

Beyond crisis care, we equip women with vocational training, financial literacy, and livelihood opportunities that help them achieve independence.

Every year, women who once stood at the margins of society gain the tools to support their families, start small businesses, and become advocates for change in their communities. By addressing urgent needs and investing in long-term solutions, this program restores dignity, strengthens resilience, and advances gender equality for generations to come.

Youth Pathways to Wellness

The Youth Pathways to Wellness Project strengthens the resilience and future prospects of young people facing instability, displacement, and social exclusion. We provide integrated support that addresses both immediate needs and long-term growth. Safe spaces, psychosocial counseling, and mentorship restore stability and rebuild self-worth, while partnerships with healthcare and rehabilitation providers ensure that those struggling with trauma, addiction, or mental health crises receive specialized care.

Pathways extend beyond recovery into empowerment. Through structured life-skills training, leadership development, and digital inclusion opportunities, participants gain the confidence, knowledge, and networks to pursue education, secure employment, and take on leadership roles within their communities. Advocacy for the rights of displaced and marginalized youth ensures their voices shape the policies and systems that affect their lives.

By combining urgent care with sustained investment in youth potential, the project creates measurable outcomes: participants transition from crisis to opportunity, emerging as resilient, educated, and engaged young leaders prepared to contribute to stronger and more inclusive societies.

The Arc Access

For many children and youth, the promise of education remains out of reach. Poverty, displacement, early dropouts, and under-resourced schools create barriers that deny them the chance to learn and grow. Without education, these young people face limited opportunities and the risk of long-term exclusion.

The Arc Access responds by creating second chances for learning. We support over-aged children who never enrolled in school, those who dropped out too soon, and displaced youth whose education was disrupted by conflict. Through alternative programs and bridging classes, participants build literacy, numeracy, and life skills that prepare them for continued learning.

To ensure learning is meaningful and future-ready, the project combines innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and community-based approaches tailored to each learner's needs. Students are connected to formal schools, free educational programs, and technology-driven skills development, making education both accessible and relevant for the opportunities ahead.

Through this initiative, children and youth gain confidence, discover possibilities, and pursue brighter futures. The Arc Access transforms education into a tool of empowerment — strengthening communities and ensuring no learner is left behind.

She-TechRise

She-TechRise is a flagship initiative aimed at closing the digital divide for women and girls. The program creates direct pathways to economic independence by combining industry-aligned training, hands-on experience, and structured career support.

Through partnerships with leading training institutions, participants gain skills in coding, data literacy, digital marketing, and online entrepreneurship. Each participant receives full tuition support, access to laptops and software, continuous mentorship, and career coaching that ensures their learning translates into real opportunities.

To bridge the gap between training and employment, She-TechRise provides paid internships, connections to industry mentors, and job placement pipelines. This practical exposure allows participants to build portfolios, earn income, and secure long-term roles in the digital economy or launch their own ventures. Each cohort of TechRise graduates enters the workforce with market-ready skills, mentorship support, and career pathways that increase employability, income security, and long-term independence.

Mission Equality

Gender-based violence (GBV) is not only an individual crisis — it is a community problem that erodes equality, safety, and dignity for women and girls. Too often, silence, stigma, and harmful stereotypes keep survivors in the shadows and allow cycles of violence to continue.

Mission Equality is our flagship campaign to break this silence and challenge the stereotypes that normalize violence in all its forms — psychological, emotional, economic, and physical. We empower women and girls with the skills and confidence to speak out, while reshaping the social narratives that hold them back. Survivors are supported to reclaim their dignity, and communities are mobilized to reject harmful norms and rebuild respect.

Education is at the heart of this campaign. Through school-based sessions, intergenerational dialogues, and community workshops, we open spaces where people can learn, unlearn, and embrace values rooted in dignity and equality.

A central pillar is the active engagement of male allies. Men and boys are invited into conversations on equality, respect, and shared responsibility — fostering partnerships that dismantle toxic masculinities and create safer spaces for all.

To amplify reach, Mission Equality also harnesses digital platforms. By sparking online conversations, elevating survivor-led stories, and using creative advocacy tools, we connect movements, engage wider audiences, and inspire a new generation to act.

Alongside awareness, the campaign builds networks of advocates — equipping women leaders, youth groups, and community champions with the tools to sustain change. Together, they carry forward the movement for gender justice and equality.

Through this campaign, silence is replaced with solidarity. Women speak, men listen and act, and entire communities commit to equality, empowerment, and social transformation. Together, we shape a future built on dignity, opportunity, and inclusive leadership.

Research and Policy

Policies shape lives. Our Research and Policy program is dedicated to producing the evidence, analysis, and insights needed to guide decisions that advance equity and social justice.

We investigate the systemic issues affecting women, youth, and marginalized groups — from displacement and gender-based violence to access to education, health, and technology. By documenting realities on the ground and translating them into credible, data-driven recommendations, we help bridge the divide between lived experience and policy action. Through strategic partnerships with governments, civil society, and development agencies, our research directly informs legislative agendas, strengthens institutional frameworks, and supports advocacy that ensures policies reflect the needs of those most affected.

The goal is clear: to move from research to reform — ensuring policies are not only well-designed, but also just, inclusive, and effective in practice.
